EGUIDES & WHITEPAPERS
The purpose of this guide is to help hiring managers understand how their hiring practices may be biased, and exactly what steps they can take (tools and technologies included) to tackle discrimination, enable equality, and foster belonging in the hiring process and beyond.
I wrote this guide to address founders who have recently raised a new series of funding. As a recruitment business specializing in recruiting mid-to-senior level roles at high-growth startups, we wanted to place ourselves front and center as thought experts on the art of hiring the perfect candidates for those essential roles. By interviewing our top performing managing consultants as well as Bay Area leaders, I was able to write a guide that would serve as a value-add sales tool for our recruiters to initiate conversations with founders and VC partners.
I wrote this ebook to address an issue I’m very passionate about: workplace burnout and mental health in the workplace. It’s the result of extensive desk research as well as interviews with Bay Area experts on the topic. I organized a panel launch event to coincide with the launching of the book, which resulted in a vast amount of warm leads for the business.
I wrote this guide at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic to address the need for businesses to continue to onboard new employees remotely during shelter-in-place. The goal was to provide actionable and localized advice to founders and business leaders in the high-growth San Francisco startup space. This guide was used as sales collateral for client outreach by the consultants at my company.
